Every four years, the Kansas Democratic Party revises the state party platform.

In order to ensure that all interested Democratic voices are heard during this process, the state platform committee will hold public comment sessions in each of our four congressional districts on the below listed dates.

As a fellow registered Kansas Democrat, we would like your input as we move forward with our platform revisions. Let us know what planks you think we might be missing, or what language you would like to see in a new platform. Second Congressional District: Saturday, July 29, 2017, 10:00 a.m.
Ottawa Municipal Auditorium Building, 301 S Hickory St, Ottawa, KS

Third Congressional District: Sunday, August 13, 2017, 2:00 p.m.
Sylvester Powell Jr. Community Center, 6200 Martway St, Mission, KS 66202, US

Fourth Congressional District: Saturday, August 5, 2017, 2:00 p.m
Service Employees International Union, 3340 W Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS

State Platform Committee Meeting:
Sunday, August 27, 2017, 10:00 a.m., K-State Student Union (K/S Ballroom), 918 N. 17th Street, Manhattan, K
Credentialing begins at 9:30 a.m., closes at 10:00 a.m.
Platform Committee members must be credentialed in order to vote.
